You receive a Belgian pension and do not receive any other foreign pension :
- You will keep your rights to Belgian health insurance !
- Request an S1 form from your Belgian health insurance fund. This document will allow you and your family to register with a health insurance fund in your country of residence and receive medical benefits from that country.
The coverage document can also :
- Be digitally sent by your Belgian health insurance fund to your foreign health insurance fund on explicit request.
- Be requested by the social security of the country of residence electronically

How to insure your family members ?
Under certain conditions, family members who live with or without you in the territory of a country of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein can also be insured on the basis of a nominative S1 document issued by your Belgian health insurance fund.
